First I’d like to start off by saying this company has the best customer service. I originally had order the original Dog Car Seat, but after reviewing the V2 I sent an email asking if my ordered could be cancelled. I got a response with in 20 minutes confirming my cancellation. I then ordered the V2 and shortly after received a shipping email notification. I had previously order another Dog Car Seat from another company and after going back and forth with them for almost a month to get any status on delivery or just any update on my order I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. I was really impressed with the turn around time from when I ordered my item to delivery.
Not only was I very happy with the customer service I received as a first time buyer, we love our car seat for our Maxie. He looks less anxious riding in the car and supper comfortable.we will definitely be recommending Jacko & Co to all of our pet parent friends.

This Medium V2 car seat is amazing. My 45 pound English Staffordshire Bull Terrier fits perfectly. He is very comfortable in it.
