Refund policy
At Jacko & Co, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pets. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Returns and Exchanges: We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards.

Time Frame: Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions: All items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase. The item should be unworn, unused and in its original packaging where applicable.

Inspection: Each return or exchange will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets our quality standards before being processed.

Return Shipping Costs:
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may provide your own label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipping, handling and processing fees are non-refundable. Please read the size chart carefully.
- Please note that all international orders—including those from the USA and UK—are considered final sale. At this time, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges for shipments outside of Canada.
